A pdf file with the overall standings in the Mercia Championships is attached. As ever if you feel you should have navigation or help bonus points, or there is an error with the points, please contact Jim Tinnion at development@merciafellrunners.org.uk
And now a plug for our race sponsor - Highsports in Shrewsbury. They organise a series of lectures each year that are of interest to those who like to be in the hills and mountains. Details of this years lectures are in the attached image (click on it to blow it up).
Hi,
Worcestershire Beacon Race on Saturday October 12th at 3PM. It's on the
Malvern Hills and while it's not a fell race, it contains a variety of
terrain including tarmac, grass, stony tracks and rocks. Very steep in
places both up and down. About 6.5 miles starting and finishing in Rose
Bank Gardens in Great Malvern.
Last year Mercia took the team prize (Jon Newey, Matt Scriven and Edmund Newey.)
See Worcester-ac.co.uk for more information.

Not a fell race but fun if you don't mind getting wet and muddy! 9th November at Attingham Park, 5 mile cross country. Details are here
For the occasion of the Fell Relay Championship last October we had permission to breach the fence at the top of Rectory Field. Immediately after the race we reinstated it.
Since then the fence has fallen into some disrepair to the point where stock might have been tempted to have a go at jumping it.
