An established approx 9 miles race through the multi-terrain of the Hafren Forest to find the source of the UK's longest river. Starts at 11am at Picnic Area Hafren Forest Llanidloes GR 858869.

3 Peaks Corndon Classic

A tough approx 6 mile sprint over Corndon Hill to Rownton Hill and back over Lon Fawr from Priest Weston to revive the forgotten gem and put it back on the map. Starts at 11am at the Miners Arms Priest Weston.

*RHAYADER RANT*

A fabulous approx 8 mile run over open fells on a circular route from Rhayader over the majestic Elan Valley moors. Starts at 11am from Carndeyddr Hall, Rhayader. *in conjunction with Rhayader Athletic Club
