Mercia Fell Runners Club

I’d like to keep a list of everyone who is First Aid qualified to assist RO’s to plan where to put you when you volunteer to marshal and assist at races. Also this will enable me to plan when courses are required to keep you in ticket. As before Mercia is happy to cover costs for First Aid courses providing the favour is returned by helping out at Mercia events.

I will look at last year’s courses to start the list but I’d still appreciate your contact to ensure I have the correct details. Please include name, current phone number, expiry date of certificate.

We will need a few First Aiders for the Valleys weekend so hope to see you there!
