(NB this is NOT a Mercia FR event) AS 4.8km/360m time trial format, follow any reasonable route from start at Ragleth Inn gate to finish at Pole Bank trig column. Run on your own, or with others. Try to set a time or regard us as your safety net for some night nav practise. Gazebo at the quarry on the road near Pole Bank with hot drinks prior to jog back down; starts 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
