This is a very popular event and usually fills well before the event, so register early if you intend to do it.

Free entry for anyone helping with the junior races on the day before (Sat 2nd July). Very low key race using the Junior Intercounties U16/U18 course. A once only opportunity - stay over after the juniors and have a go yourself! Helpers appreciated after to remove marquee and course markings. NO JUNIORS today - do the champs the day before!

A run with a difference.
An event that will help runners in local clubs to have a good time and support their team members. We have agreed with the national trust to run an event from Carding Mill Valley.
There will be teams of 4 runners, with the aim of:
Leg 1: going up Stanyeld
Leg 2: going up Burway Hill
Leg 3: going up the road to the top car park
Leg 4: going up Bodbury
The teams will need to be mixed. This means a combination of seniors, vets and possibly gender. Pre-entries are required as their is a limit of 20 teams.
